Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time Standard delivery across India takes 5–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take up to 10 business days.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹5,000
- Standard shipping charges apply on orders below ₹5,500 and will be calculated at checkout

Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at creativenturee@gmail.com. We will resolve it promptly.
